Venom High Performance Fuel Injectors are 100 percent flow tested, balanced and matched to within +/- 1.5 percent of their nominal pound/flow. All pintal and pintal seats are matched and blue printed to produce consistent flow rates and optimal spray patterns. Internal injector O-rings are manufactured from an advanced polyelastamer compound which is resistant to the higher heat generated by the increased duty cycle of high RPM operation. Fuel injector coils are molded from an aerospace grade material, and each coil is machine wound within micro-meter tolerances. This decreases the injector activation time required at the start of each duty cycle. Coils are encased in Kapton tape and molded to protect against electrical current leaching while under severe load.
